New to the forum world
Hey everybody, glad to be a part of this online community. I purchased my 67' about 5 years ago with the hopes of making it my every day driver within 3 years. Of course the military had other plans, as I was shipped off to Korea and it was put under a wal-mart carport in the woods behind my Dads house. I then spend 3 years in Germany before moving back to the good ol' USA this past march and am currently stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NC (and yes that is the base's real name). I just got the truck in my garage and started the tear down last week. I have read almost every article in "Tech" over the past 4 years, and it is great to finally be busting my knuckles. My first car was a 1989 Ford Ranger XLT and I replaced the transmittion, replace most of the interior, and painted it just in time to go head first into a tree and flip it. Lets hope my new project doesnt end the same way.
