Hi from NC !
I lurk around here from time to time. I know a few of the members here from NC, Doc, cdeal28078, and a few more. I a retired Parts Tech and have some pretty good resources, mostly later model to current stuff. I'm also a Moderator over on the Serious Explorations site. I have to get up with Ranchero50 and get a look at his 68. I was heavily into the good old 68 Ranchero's but medical $$$$ pretty much wiped me out of that project. I still have some left-overs Ranchero50 so we need to talk. Actually my Ranchero went to Salisbury, MD. I sure miss her! Who knows what I'll end up with next.......

Re: Hi from NC !
Welcome, it's fun having a Ford el camino or el ranchero, at least that's what I usually overhear. Had a guy stop me last Tursday as I was fueling up the boat and said he just bought a '69 428 car from Tennessee. Had mine since '92

Re: Hi from NC !
Thanks folks! Glad to be here. Jamie I'd sure like to see some photos of your '68 Ranchero. I had the 5.0L HO and AOD to go in mine but it never found it's way there. If there's anyone here who is doing a correct restoration on a '79 model I have a '79 302 and AOD with 7 original miles on it. It's not really for sale but I could be talked out of it to help with a correct resto. I'll put it to use one of these days. Heck, I've had it for 32 years it's like family!
