Hi there everyone. My name is Gene Baker, and I live right outside of Huntsville, Al. I don't currently have a bumpside, wrecked my last one, but I am actively searching for a project truck. I had a 69 Sport Custom when I was in high school, my dad and I put a 460 in it out of a 74 LTD and man that thing would smoke the crap out of those 14" tires on the back, . Then I did contracting work for a while in the 90's and my work truck was a 72 sport custom with a 390.

I am really more drawn to the long bed style, I just think the short bed on those trucks makes it look too short.

Anyways, I am glad to be here and look forward to talking to all of you about my various adventures in turning my bump into the picture in my head.
