Just now starting
How is everyone? My name is Tim Mize and i am from the big town of Waterproof, Louisiana. I have been in the ARMY for 16 years and am a proud husband and father of three boys. I just recently purchased a 1971 F100 with a 390 in it. At the moment i have the motor out for rebuild and gonna put a 280 cam along with a alum. intake a four barrell carb. What i cant wait to do is the suspension, i want to bag all four corners and get her low, she is a long wheel base also, this is my dream truck. What i dont have is a lot of money...ha ha.. and i will be doing all my work myself in driveway, so i will be leaning on all of you big time. So if there is anyone who reads this that can help me out along the way feel free to contact me. My email address is timothy.mize@us.army.mil. Look forward to talking with some of you soon.

Hey Tim fellow Army guy myself, although you are about 4 years closer to retirement than I am. These guys are a huge help here, I have taken on some huge projects with my truck, and they always managed to figure out what I was trying to say and give me good advice. Where you stationed out of? And when you get a chance...
We are kind of addicted, we get all wigged out if we don't have any photos of the newest trucks on the site!

I will get some pics up ASAP, for some reason I can't off of my I phone. I am stationed in northeastern Louisiana, I am a recruiter. And thanks to all of you for the welcome. Man I have become addicted to "old fireball", that's what my boys and me call him. My poor old Harley not getting the attention it usually gets at the moment....or my wife!! Lol
