sway bars

Post by michael69 »

Anyone with the DJM beams running an aftermarket swaybay. Could you tell much difference after beam install with swaybars.I was told after I put the beams and lower rear that I would not need swaybars, but if they help any I would still like to add them. Anyone know if they make a difference if truck has been lowered? THANKS

I used aftermarket sways from Addco.......Drilled the holes and welded in some sleeves......The stock beams are solid-the DJM's are hollow......I think you get the pricture........but they work great..

Speaking of pictures...have any of your swaybar installed? Did the bar come with instructions as far as where the mounting locations are?

Lookin' good! So, was the listing specifically for a twin I-beam truck or is it entirely a universal sway bar? I'm thinking that this will be my next upgrade.

BTW, you mentioned sways with an 's'...you have one on the rear as well?
