Hi all. Along with my new DJM's and disc brakes that I just installed, I would also like to replace all of the rear suspension bushings with a kit from Energy Suspensions but I can't seem to find the kit I need. All of the ones I've looked at so far appear to be for a NON Flex-o-matic setup. Now, I could buy one of these kits but then I will also need another kit for the shackles. If they are all the same size, I could just buy two kits yes? I thought of calling the company directly but I figured there are people on this forum that have done it already and have first-hand experience rather than someone looking in a catalog or computer and saying, "Flex-o-WHAT?". I'm just trying to save myself from getting the wrong thing and having to return it. Any help?

...has what you're looking for. The bushings they offer are Polygraphite which means they'll work like an Energy Suspension Poly bushing but with out the squeaks that are normally associated with these types of bushings due to the addition of graphite.
Our illustrious leader, Keith, put them on his Bump which DOES have the flex-o-matic rear shackles. Look on page 28 and 29 of his thread: "My 1967 Ford F100 SWB 2WD Project" in the technical section right here at Fordification.

Thanks for the info! Now I suppose I need to get busy but man I just HATE removing old bushings!

...I feel your pain! There are a few threads here that illustrate "How To" remove the bushings with some simple, home made, tools unless you're taking your springs and shackles to a machine shop that has a press.
