OK , I have a 1967 ford f250 with a leaking brake cylinder in the rear,
can anyone please tell me how to remove the drum to get to it?

ford used keepers on the lugs to hold the drum on when in production on the F100. if the keepers are there remove them. then you have to deal with rust between the drum and axle flange. dont beat on the drum with a hammer you can crack it. use two screwdrivers and pr blaster to soak the rust loose. the screwdrivers go in from the back of the hub to pry out evenly on each side. careful going in too far you can hit the shoes and not get a very good pry on the drum. but dont over pry either. that can still damage the drum. you can also pry from top and bottom to get away from the shoes and get a deeper bite.

forrest thats a great idea, I wouldnt mind that at all,
but my steering box is pouring steering fluid out so i need to fix that first then we can chat about coming up and doing the brakes,
