re: por15
If you stripped all the paint off your grille, you might want to use an epoxy primer as a first coat. I think you can get that in a spraycan - probably at a parts store that carries autobody supplies. Either 'epoxy primer' or 'self-etching primer' is probably your best bet. Then you can get the Wimbledon White in the 'Truck and Van Paint' line of paints for the finish coat.

re: por15
I don't think you'd want to use POR-15 on the grille, unless you have the proper color to topcoat it with at the same time. POR-15 by itself is sensitive to ultraviolet light, and within a week or two will turn kinda flat/chalky. For an exterior finish like what you'd want, you'd have to topcoat it (with a gun or rattlecan) while the POR-15 is still tacky, since the paint ain't gonna stick once the POR-15 dries. (Well, unless you do a lot of sanding....but it's some hard stuff!)
I think you'd be happier by priming/painting it just like any other exterior body panel.

re: por15
They also sell a "tie-primer" that you can put over the Por15 whether it's wet or dry and then topcoat with any paint. It's in their catalog. They also sell filler, seam sealer etc.
