Steering column difference 2wd -4wd

Steering column difference 2wd -4wd
With the exception of the actual steering shaft, is there any difference between the 2 wheel and 4 wheel columns? I've got access to a good one from a big bronco to replace the junky one ive got from a 2 wheel truck.

i think the inner shaft is the only difference.
