Lowering or lifting

I want to lower my 1971 f-100 sport custom, its on stock suspension. what is the best way to lower it, im looking for maybe a 4-6 or a 3-5. also i want some opinions on lifting. i have second thoughts. what is easiest for the price and looks

Take a look here. http://www.fordification.com/tech/lowering.htm. Also, do some searches in the suspension section, there is alot of info that should help.
68 F-250 CS, 360 or 390?, still haven't measured the stroke, AUTO running on propane!

theres a lot of ways to lower it look in the Suspension / Steering / Brakes... then in the "search this forum" type in lowering!! its from any thing from dream beams,crown vic suspension, to mustang II 's,

the same goes for the search for lifting! in the "search this forum" type in lifting,,,,,,,,,,good luck of what you pick to do!!!

alright thanks and yeah i do too, right before i registered i had watched smokey and the bandit 2 on netflix
