Thanks Jeff, thats a good idea. I'll be sure to tell him. We are taking her in this week to get her checked out and shots going.basketcase0302 wrote:My goodness, look at that blue nose! Here's Patches. The people we bought her from had already named her. Wouldnt have been my first choice for a name but it works i guess. Shes a 10 week old pit bull.
And welcome to the world of the U.S. most hated dog breed, several states won't even allow us to own them!

I know what you mean Bobby. I had to have my dalmatian put down a few years ago. She was around 15 years old and just got to the point where she could barely walk, or even get up for that matter. Along with a few other probs.. That was by far one of the worst days Ive ever had.BobbyFord wrote:Damn, y'all are killin me. I ain't said nothing about it but I held my dog while they injected her on March 16th, she had bladder cancer. I gave the ok to juice her but I'd have rather cut off my own leg with a plastic picnic knife.

Re: dogs. bring 'em. (did we do this before?)
This is my buddy Dozerin my work truck when I worked on the oil leases in NW PA. He would love to come along with me. It was great!!! we know each other pretty dog gone well. I think we can almost read each other's minds.
And this is Dozer with Star. She's the lover while Dozer is the one full of piss and vinegar. Sadly we lost Star last month, she was around 14 years old. She is greatly missed by the whole family. Dozer sat quietly for days as he lost his partner. (Yea, me too Bobbyford, I feel your pain! God Bless)
My wife also has a dachshund,Hunts, but i don't have pictuers of him on my computer. I'll have to post some soon.

This is my Great Dane, Freddy! He's the greatest dog ever, he absolutely adores to be loved on and he also enjoys about knocking you down when you're trying to take an I beam out of a 68 Ranger! We all love him and wouldn't trade him for the world. He's our big ol' teddy bear!

Well I've found it hard to believe the my Diamon' is really a Florida dog...This dog loves the snow!
She'll run and romp through it like a rabbit / then run and scoop a mouthful ever 30 feet or so!
And for the life of me I don't know how she found her ball buried in 8 inches of snow!

Jeff,
Shiloh was in KY for a snow as well this year and he just loved the snow as well. He would whine and cry when my wife would bring him in.
Here is Shiloh chilling on his raft!
