How much do you want to lower it? You may find it is a trade off in the payload dept. If you want to retain your F-250 load capability you may need to just be happy with how it sits.
May your sails stay full, and your knots not slip. Unless a slip knot.

What size wheels and tires are you running, stock or tall ones?

I lowered the rear on my 68 CS by taking off the 285 75 16s the PO had on the back back and putting 235 same as front on. Gave me a good 1' drop in the rear. Course that won't help you if you have the same size all around already. If you want to keep the payload your truck has, like I mentioned, you may have to leave the suspension as is. It isn't hard to lower, but it seems to be a trade off. Maybe someone else on here cab help. Good luck. (You could go with shorter tires all the way around.) Of course different tires can affect payload some.
