Found backspace I think

Post by gonzalo medina »

I was looking on ebay to see if there were any trucks like mine with the wagon wheels I wanted and sure enough I did. I asked the seller the measurements and this is what he sent me, front-285.75 15 back-31 10.5 15 does this sound right or is it possibly the tire sizes he gave me? thanks

He is looking for the back spacing on a set of wagon wheel rims. He is unable to get to a wheel shop, so he wants to order them and have them shipped. Here is the first post. http://fordification.com/forum/viewtopi ... c&&start=0

Ask the seller to place a piece of wood across the back of the wheel (not the tire and then measure down to the hub. That's the measurement he needs to give you.

I tried emailing the guy back for the offset but as soon as I mentioned I wasn't interested in buying and just the wheels, you don't really need to explain why he hasn't responded. What has happend to being nice? It would just have taken a minute of his time. Oh well someone is bound to respond here with at least a lead. I know the wheels, the sizes and all I need is offset how hard could it be?
