power steering& brake swap

hey guys well my friend got the truck he was gonna buy for the bed and other parts i am getting the complete disc brake front end also the complete power steering gear. automatic steering column the donor truck is a 77 f150 i believe i can just bolt everything onto my 69 ranger right ??? i want to get an auto tranny as well i have heard that i can get a c4 that will be good enough for what i want i wont be hauling stuff in my truck it is just gonna be a good looking cruiser for this old man . can anyone tell me if i can put the steering wheel from my 69 column onto the 77 shaft at the moment the donor truck has one of those small leather wrapped aluminum wheels on it i want to make it look original if i can hoping someone out there can help

if i remember correctly you will need to file down the shft a bit for the 69 wheel to fit properly
