What is the official recomended tire pressure for a stock 67 f100?

That depends entirely on what kind of tires you're using. The recommended rating should be on the sidewall. I could give you the factory specs, but those were for older bias-ply tires and I doubt you're still running those. Modern radials have lower pressures. Just take a look at your tire sidewalls and see what the manufacturer suggests.
