Drop Beams for F100 only?

So, I was considering lowering my F250, but only seem to find drop beams for F100s. What am I going to need to do? If the King Pins are different sized, would I need brakes and such from an F100? What are my options? Thanks in advance for the help.

Some were theres a picture of a black lowered f250 on 20" 8 lug wheels, I don't know if it has dropped ibeams or not.
A option would be to have you beams bent by a shop that knows how to do this and has the right tools.

Mor drop oakland ca does the early stuff, and I hear they will do any forged I beam or axle.
