Got the bushings from http://www.suspension.com
He called me the day they came in and shipped very fast. I would highly recommend these guys.
I am having some trouble getting all of the bushings out.
I got a few out by building a puller with threaded rod. The idea is to put the threaded rod through the bushing with washers the diameter of the bushing and a stop nut. On the other side a short length of 2" pipe with a cap and a hole drilled in the middle to accomodate the threaded rod. Put on washer and nut and start cranking.
It works ok, but I keep stripping the threaded rod. Any thoughts other than fire? I would prefer not to burn them out. I really don't have any hydraulic equipment. does anyone have an ingenius method?

Grade 8 worked like a charm. Now to get the outer sleeves out!
