I have a brand new set of P235/75 R15 Goodyear Wrangler tires on my truck on stock wheels. I'm planning on getting some aftermarket wheels that are 8" wide. Do ya think those would still fit alright (will the wheels be too wide??)
Thanks

Should be just fine. I'm running 265/70/R16 on my stock '69 F100 and they don't rub at all. They are 30 mm wider than yours which is just over an inch.

well I was more concerned whether the sidewall will bulge out too much in comparison to the tread since that is a wider wheel than what I am used to running. I don't want to push the tire to it's limits. I want to use my shiny new tires as well.

The tire will be bulged out to fit the rim, the tread width on those are about 6-7 inches , it will work but a 255 or larger would fit better.
