I like this part of the diagnosis clip: "you will be directed to perform a series of tests that will effectively raise the billable hours of the service department, but will perform no other useful function"

i am surprised there are so many explantions for this. and why chrysler hasnt said something about this video. kind of putting them down and the guy wearing a chrysler emblem on his coat.

No no no! That Chrystler tech has it all backwords it works the other way around, didn't i tell you it worked the other way around? (said in best Gene Wilder Voice, in the Character from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory)
