k I know this is a little off topic...
im rebuilding my 521, ive got a low mile 460 in the garage and if the rods have been bushed for floating wristpins im gonna tear it down and use the rods and maybe some random parts from it. heres the problem: I dont want to pull the heads to find out they arent floated since this motor is still good. I have a hunch they are but im not sure. is there any way to tell by looking at them with the oil pan off?

Re: 460 wristpin question
I am betting that on a 521 you could take the rod off the crank, move the crank journal out of the way enough to lower the piston out of the bore enough to maybe see the wrist pin. This is purely conjecture though as I have never had my hands on a stroker and never tried to look at a wrist pin from the bottom of the engine. All you can do is pull the pan and look and see.

this is on a stock rebuild 460. a few minutes after i posted this though i went out and did just like you said, easy enough, they arent floating pins.
