is that from the radius arm? i would say it is called a shock mount for sure. it has a shock mounted to it . ha ha ha. if it is one from a radius arm you can easily get one from a 73-79 truck. since thsoe are botled to the radius arm. and our trucks 67-72 are riveted to the radius arms.
