In-cab filler neck?
Are 61-66 filler necks the same as 67-70? Trying to put together a 65 truck to sell from a bunch of different trucks and doing the fuel tank/line routing today, but all I have to scrounge parts from is 67-72 trucks and I'm lazy; rather not head out into the boneyard, braving bald-face hornet nests unless the piece I need is out there. Only concern is the cab hole, the rest I can work with.

re: In-cab filler neck?
I took the filler neck out of my 66' to replace the hose and grommet today
it appears to be original in every way.
It measures 7 3/4" long, 17/8" OD at the tank end, and 2 1/4" OD at the cap. More or less.
bob.

I bought one from LMC for my '68.
It is 3-7/8" long and 1-7/8" ID.
This is the rubber piece from the fuel neck to the tank.

Nope, this is a blue '65 1-ton that I hauled home (for free!). Infact, I sold it today!OldBlue67 wrote:Hey Aaron, is that the same truck you were trying to sell a while back?
Still have the grey '66.
