88 F150 Under Bed Spare Tire Carrier in a 67 F100?

My 67 F100 has no spare tire carrier, so for now my spare has been sitting in the bed. I want to mount it under the bed. I ran across a complete set up, hardware and all, that's in a 88 F150. It looks like it should fit, I just want to make sure before I start unbolting everything.

After looking again I see what you mean. Oh well, I'll make a trip to the local truck wrecking yard and see what I can find. Thanks!
