I guess if you dont read thru every thread you can miss a mention...

Mine is the 70 SWB Rootbeer colored low rider mentioned somewhere back at the beginning of the thread.

My progress has been in the engine compartment. Added a Stroked 331 and EFI from a 93 Mustang. Sorting out a few sensor issues and then bolting a twin turbo setup from Incon on it...! Hoping for around 500 hp at the wheels... maybe... we'll see.

Anyhow, pics

hmmm - does a twin turbo'd, EFI 331 stroker belong in a F100?

RootBeer is a 1970 F-100 SWB
Front suspension is Fatman Fab Mustang II suspension w/stock braking
Rear is just flipped axle setup using a Torino 9" w/3.50:1 Truetrac. I need to add helper airbags, it bottoms out on rough roads.
Old school weld style steel wheels for now. I will be putting 18" billet mach wheels on over the winter.

Just put the 331 stroker in and need to tune the computer for the power (probably TweecerRT)
Built C-4 w/3200 converter. Going to a built AOD as soon as I can get the parts.
Incon 600TTI twin turbo setup. Turbo setup from a Fox body mustang I had. Should be going on in the next few weeks.

Paint is a few years old with plenty small chips, so I may lay a new layer of paint this winter... same color of course! Check my Fordification photo album for more pics of the inside and outside. I also document the EFI conversion here:

I have been here a while, but mostly lurked for info while building mine. There seems to be a few of us here that take theres beyond stock, so I only hit on a few threads. This place has been a great resource for the electronic issues I have had with the fuel injection conversion.

I am working under the truck this weekend while Hurricane Danny comes thru, so I will get some pics of the suspension.

Marc, I thought you were going with a 4.6 EFI setup?

I went this way instead of a Big Block because I thought the EFI had cool factor... I am considering selling my turbo setup and going a different turbo setup for that same reason. The setup I have is so stealth, you wont even notice them there... I want something more visual! We'll see.

Clip two coils out of the front, get the beams bent to correct, and put the axle ontop of the springs.
