4x4 steering box pictures

Post by zakt »

Does anyone have any pictures of there 4x4 steering gear box from a few angles? I have a 67' 2wd and want to move my gear box to the 4x4 location. Also does anyone know if the crossmember for the 2wd etc or anything else will cause problems moving the gear box to the front like the 4x4?

Thanx,
Todd

The pics in this tech article are of my installation. It was a tight fit. I am not for sure but I think the cross member is going to stop you.

Why are you moving it?
