Front leaf spring hangers

Post by RedneckTexan »

I've been lookin at the F-250 4x4 hiboy front axle, front leaf hangers, and I noticed something, they look almost identical to the rear axle, rear f100 leaf hangers. are they the same part(s)? :? and if so, could I use the f100 rear springs and hangers for F-250 4x4 front springs and hangers? :?

The "flexible" part at the top looks like it can be adapted to work just like the hiboy front hanger, IDK, what do you think? :?

Those are shackles, not spring hangers. The spring hanger is riveted to the frame. The highboy front shackles are made from 3/8" steel flatbar. I doubt the F-100 rear shackles are the same thing, but maybe.
