I have a photobucket account now, however I cannot seem to get the link to this site.....I am a bit challenged when it comes to computer issues such as this. Any detailed help would make it easier. Thanksmljjones67 wrote:http://www.photobucket.com is the best. You upload your pics to them and link them here. After you upload you will see an IMG Code clike on it and it will automatically copy it for you so you can paste it to the forum.

Re: 72 F250 Camper Special 4x2
The choke tube comming from the right hand exhaust manifold is running into the back of the carb....instead of the choke. When I rebuild the carb I think I will be able to fix all of this and finally have her running better.mbuchman wrote:72f250cs wrote:I don't have the choke knob inside the cab. I have adjusted the choke, backed it off a bit from being "fully lean". It seems to run a little better, however still having the same problem. I also noticed that the tube running from the exhaust mainfold is running into the back of the carb. Shouldn't this go into choke? If I can ever figure out how to post pic's I can through on up and ask for help.mbuchman wrote:welcome! oh and as for the carb im assuming you are having this problem despite a choke? or are you not choking it?
ok im confused if you mean the vacuum tube of the manifold is running into the carb that does not seem right. maybe those smarter than me will correct me but that sounds like vacuum is hooked to vacuum rather than running to anything that it needs to. also do you have an electric choke? or do you just have it rigged to be permanently choked? as for posting pics just open a flickr account or photobucket and just read any of the sticky posts on how to post them to the forum. and if you have a manual choke i would go buy a choke cable kit for like $5-10 and run it to the cab. It sounds to me your problem could be as simple as that.
cheers
Mike
Thanks for the help-Jeff
