I ordered a simple small gasket for my gas gauge float by phone. The woman told me there wouldn't be any shipping charges since they would just drop it in an envelope. Well, I got it in 3 days.

In a 12" x 12" x 6" box full of plastic peanuts. Part was $2.95, shipping was $7.75.

Not that I mind the shipping, just that I was always taught to take a person at their word until they proved it was no good. So in my opinion they can't keep their word.
Although I did get a free calendar which my wife put up and I can't find it and she's not home. But it had an older Ford pickup in it but without my glasses I couldn't tell if it was a bumpside.
