From what I have been told all the radius arms will interchange from 67-79 years if I'm wrong someone will let us know. But I am pretty sure they are the same.

Yes, they are fully interchangeable. However, if you use the dentside-era radius arms, you should use the matching front springs as well. The two generations have different lower spring pigtails and spring cups. The bumpside spring cup can be adapted to use with the dentside springs, but they'd still not fit the radius arm as well as they should, so I'd strongly suggest just using the '73-'79 springs instead.

Can I use an original on one side and a 73-79 on the other ?
What mod would need to be done to use the 69 spring cup ?

I would highly advise you not to mix and match springs. Keep them as a complete set. You have no idea what the spring rate differences between the two are, which could alter the ride height and quality.

As for the spring cup mods, take a look at Figs. 2 and 3 at the following link:

http://www.fordification.com/my67-p30.htm

One thing not mentioned in that write-up is that I had to install a large thick washer under the spring cup to hold the cup flat. However, I kinda have my doubts whether this is going to work, since the entire weight of the front end is basically riding on this washer, which I don't think will last long. I did this mod because I'd powdercoated the dentside radius arms and the bumpside springs before I realized there was a difference. Since I really wanted to use the powdercoated springs, I decided to attempt modifying the spring cup. The truck is still coming together, so it hasn't seen any road time yet, but I'm thinking I'm going to end up eventually replacing the bumpside springs with the proper matching dentside springs.

ok got it.
My 69 springs are in good shape, so I will try to safely modify what I need to. I have access to a metal fab shop.
I'll try replacing just the driver's side radius arm with everything else original. Probably just temp until I can
locate a good 69 original cast radius arm.
Thanks for your help !!!!!!!!!!!!
