Hello , I am a new member from the Lone Star State!
I recently bought a nice 71 Ford Custom with 118,000 miles for $500.00. I got it from a 85 year old man ,who bought it from his nephew , which was the original owner. It came with the owners manual, all paperwork including invoice , sales brochure and a full set of Helms factory manuals. The truck has a 302 with a three speed , underdash air , pretty original all the way around. The main problem is taillight panel damage from when the old man recently backed out of the garage into a tree . It looks like I will need to cut the corner off of a parts truck to fix this as they don't make a full patch panel.I do not know much about these trucks so this forum has came in very handy already! Anyway ,I am looking forward to lots of input and suggestions on this truck as I am going to try to keep it fairly stock.

I need a few small things along with the taillight patch panel.
