Rim Color

Post by swissranger »

I would like to use the Ranger wheel covers on my wheels. Now I have no idea which is the correct, original color of the rims for this ....black or white? I found samples for both colors.

Thanks

Every factory wheel I have has white paint on it. It is possible black was an option also.

I don't believe Ford used black rims on these trucks. They used 'Wimbledon White' on body panels, but 'Corinthian White' was used when painting grilles, bumpers and wheels.

The dents had gray wheels. Both trucks I have had dealings with in that era had gray.
