Grounding a frame question.
I am getting ready to paint my frame and I dont want to have tons of dust in the paint. I read somewhere that if you ground the frame that this will keep the dust from landing in the paint. Is this true? and if so how do I ground the frame? Any other tips to keep the dust away?

re: Grounding a frame question.
It won't keep the dust away but will discharge static electricity so it isn't attracted.
Just hang a chain from a spring to the floor or something along those lines.
