Blue or Lunar Green

Post by 67 ford f100s rule »

well im tryin to decide what color to paint Jeanne.Shes gonna be two-tone. Wimbledon White is stayin(i like it and have my heart and mind set on it). I really want some input from you guys on what color you like better. If i go blue it will probably be a year-correct color.

whats really actually cool is that Lunar Green has a tad bit more green in it. Yours looks like its faded into the best of both of them.

The door panel has been covered up since the door panel was put on so that picture should be the exact color from the factory. Yea the exterior is faded to a nice rust color. I am going back to the factory color but it will have a nice clear coat on it

Its a nice color for sure. The only trim I will be leaving is the bump trim, everything else will be removed. I have thought of a white stripe that follow the hood bump. But that might be too much. I like the subtle look.

yeah that sounds like its gonna look cool.Subtle is sneaky and smooth. Sneaky and smooth look good on almost anything. I kinda want to find another bump and paint in the same color a boss 429 would be and do it up as a F100 Boss 429.

yeah Lunar Green was the original color. Lunar green and wimbledon white. i like blue but i also like the classic Lunar Green. Not too many cars or even bumps cruisin around in that color combo or even Lunar Green anymore.
