ok i decided today to get down to why my 67 is stubling under acceleration.
It stumbales if you slow press on the gas or if you mash it either way from a dead stop 9 out of ten times it will stumble then take off. Acts like it doesnt get enough fuel.
Dad said its likly a carb issue. So on to my question i pulled the carb and when i work the accel pump?? it only squirts gas out towards one venturii but if i turn it really fast or hard it squirts out both. The other carbs i have squirt out of both all the time. is that normal? or should i rebuild my carb again
thanks for the help

I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.

something I've done before (some people think i'm nuts) is what we called a $1.50 tune up. get the engine running, rev it up and put your hand over the carb, let it up before it dies and do it again. If it's only a tiny pice of dirt, it will be sucked out when you smother the carb.
I repeat, some people think i'm nuts, but i've never hurt myself.
it's worked for me.

re: autolite 2100 carb question
hadnt thought of that... ive done that before and have heard of it.
i ended up pulling it apart and cleaning and replacing a few things when i took the jets out one of them was caked in dirty rust looking stuff i cleaned it out and blasted it out with carb cleaner and compressed air. I then put it back together and filled the bowl with gas and tryied it out and still had the same problem so i just continued working the accel pump and then it started working properly and i put it back on the truck and the 352 accually idles a little better now. Ill have to update this when i take it for a drive, i have to let all the gas evaperate from me being a idiot and forgetting to put the gas line back into the carb.
Thanks for all the help

re: autolite 2100 carb question
nope none really got on me just all over the top of the engine as far as the gas goes.
The carb cleaner a little did but that is fairly normal for me![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_laughing01.gif)
