That IS a good question.
I know the frame width was different on the 73-79's but I can't see how that would make much difference with the shocks. :?

The upper mounts are different. Early ones use the eye bolt and later ones have the stud.

F350's didn't change, they use the eye bolt.

Just wanted to make sure I got the right ones, my 72 has a 68 rear end (for now)
