Bump Seam

Was just admiring Sbairboy's pictures in the gallery and was wondering. I just knocked out all the bondo over rust in my '72 seam. WHat should I use to fill that seam back up so it looks as perfect as Sbairboy's? I'm going to assume it isn't bondo. It almost look like a bead of caulk?
