Well, I'm really skinny so I'm not worried about the trans tunnel. It'll definitely been a manual just because I cannot stand an automatic.

Not just relocated. It pulls in fresh air from the right side. It would need to pull from the left. A mirror image would be needed.
I think the whole truck would be the way to go. Anything could be modified to be right hand drive. I would want an original. :2cents:
I sold a Dodge Dakota to a guy at work. He is originally from Guatemala and still has family there. He bought the truck and had it shipped to his fathers farm in Guatemala. It was $900 from the New Jersey docks. Keep us posted on what you do.

Could you find out who he used to ship it? All I've been able to find is MUCH more than that. I'm thinking about just getting the cab & suspension components if they'll fit a LHD frame hopefully.

for shipping a truck you would want to contact a cargo ship carrier.

Hey, if you want something REALLY unique you could splice together two dashboards and install the steering gear and pedals on both sides of the truck. It would be like the Mercury Sable in the CONEHEADS movie, where Beldar was a driving instructor.
