Welcome to the site... Aaah the smoking thing, I have quite several times, stressful situations don't help... I won't go into me a being a failure in that area, but good luck! And just to let you know we are nosey people we all want to see PICS of the BUMP!!!!

I'm getting a camera soon. All of you and your photos of what you are doing to your bumps has inspired me to keep a photo record of her path to rehabilitation. (That and I need them to refer to because I suffer from CRS) As far as the smoking... I cheated. I was taking that new drug Chantix. I went from 2-3 packs a day for 30 years to not even the pills in less than 2 months.

Welcome from Louisiana! Congratulations on more smoking...I quit for good back in Oct 1995. Then, quit dipping snuff for good in Oct 2000.
You won't regret it that is for sure. Your lungs are already starting to repair.
