Where to find those "special" fittings for brake l

Post by fordhombre »

Hi everyone, guess what? i'm STILL replacing my brake lines... I have replacement lines, but i need replacement fittings, most of mine were stripped in the removal process.

I've checked locally, but any 5/8" fitting is gonna have a larger hole through the middle of it than 3/16".

my pickup's so close to running, i just need some brakes...

Does anyone know where i can get these oddball fittings? Thanks in advance!

If that doesn't work, I think I have a couple used master cylinders laying around that still have that fitting. I'd let you have them for the cost of shipping, if I can get them removed without stripping them out. You'd just have to hit 'em with a wire wheel to clean up.
