Shocks - Trying to avoid counter monkeys!!!

I usually have good luck with looking up my parts online before I go to the parts store so that I know I'm getting the right thing. I'm having a bit of trouble with the shocks on my 71 F250 CS. I want Monroe Gas-Magnums but what Monroe says fits my truck, well it doesn't.

The front on my truck is the bolt on the bottom, stud on top with no protector around the piston shaft. Monroe Part number 34900 I believe.

The back is the same, bolt on bottom, stud on top with the protector around the piston shaft. Monroe Part number 34911 I think. Monroe says 34958 for the Camper Special model, which I have. I know that won't bolt up cause all the pics I can find show that number to be bolt on both top and bottom.

Any of you got the part numbers readily available for what I just described? I thought somebody might have just bought shocks for the same type truck. Monroe has a buy 3 get the 4th free manufacturer rebate through the end of the month that I want to take advantage of.

Stepside--just mailed in my rebate on them,but I used the Gas Grande and my # start out 76911 and 76900. They are the same exact mount though---bolt on bottom/stud& nut up top. If that helps ya

No counter monkeys here, there good guys(also know them)that have helped me out alot---even though I have to take my NPD cat. with me to cross ref. at Napa
