brakes gettin hot

Post by fourtss »

put a different set of springs on the 90 p/u, since then drivers side gets real hot like brakes aren't releasing, lift the wheel it rolls perfect, any ideas? p.s. new brakes all the way around, they were just find before spring swap only changed drivers side, came from 88 4wd, so there the same. :dk: :help:

Sounds like one of the other wheels isn't doing it's job.

I would make sure the calipers are moving on all of them (wheel cylinders on the drums)

or it could be a sticking caliper. it will only stick once in a while until it goes all the way bad.
