I joined this site a little over a year ago when I picked up my father's 69 F250. Lots of plans for it but they all fell through due to money situations. Now it looks like things can get underway on the Old Mare. Now I haven't decided if I want to lift/redneck it (its only 2wd,) drop it/race it, or just restore it to stock. I will post some pictures after a while and I would be interested to see what other Ford fans think. (Remember...I'm from Montana so redneck is OK. ha ha)

welcome back. i have a 2wd as well and am considering lifting it anyways! someone here called it a faux-by-faux but i don't care! I'm still considering it!
BTW...my vote is to drop it, restore it, or race it!!! Lifting 2WD trucks is for desert racing ONLY in my book (prerunner) but to each his own.
