For me, I'd say:
-no more side molding
-smaller mirrors
-new wheels and tires

I installed a DC to AC inverter in the bed tool box. So I can plug in anything I need to run, from a high powered drill to a light while camping, and run it off of my truck battery!!! Pretty kewl as long as you don't abuse it!!!

Oh yeah. I'm with BiggDogg on the new wheels and tires thing as well. I got some smooth steelies (15x8's for $58 each and 15x7's for $52 each) and painted them. I would have liked to use the factory wheels but they were only 6" wide and I wanted more rubber on the road.

I guess I'm rambling on and you were probably looking for just one answer but I have to say my new-to-me grille from ebay and my soon to be installed rear sport bumper too! 8)
