How do I get it off I took the bearing cap off good and lubed up but I'm lost from there will I need to replace the pin when I do this? Just want some knowhow from someone that has done it before thank you.

re: I want to do it right wheel bearings
well i dont know about the f100 but on my f250 there are 3 screws that are on the front of the drum that after a little persasion came out with a big flat screw driver and a cresent wrench.
But i think its
1 take off the grease cap
2 take out the pin holding the nut
3 remove nut and washer and nut behind it
4 carefull remove bearing and set it down someplace it wont get dirt in it.
5 with a brake spoon move the brake shoes in by turning the adjusting star from the back side of the drum backing plate.
6. after they are loose enough the drum should slide off.
7. do the brake job (replace cylinder and shoes if need be)
8. put every thing back together as it came apart( regreasing wheel bearing with bearing grease
9 bleed brakes
If i missed something or did some a**backwards some one will chime in

I don't really care about brands Chevy Ford Dodge ...as long as it doesn't sound like two old dudes farting in a coffee can.

yes the cotter pin always gets replaced when you take one out of anything. once you pull the pin you take off the nut retainer the nut then the washer and bearing. to repmove the rear bearing put the nut back on the spindle and drag the back side of the hub against the nut witha jerking motion. that will dislodge the seal and bearing all in one motion. then inspect your bearing for looseness and damage. and regrease the bearings that you are putting in. put the rear bearing back in with the new seal. just tap it in with a small hammer around the edge slowly. then put the hub on bearing washer and nut. tighten it down so you can still spin the wheel freely. but not so loose that the hub has play in and out. then put the nut retainer and new cotter pinin and you are done with the wheel bearings. the brake job reqiures more posting to explain.
