Found this site awhile ago but just now getting photos of my truck to post. It was my grandpa's since about '82 and was a California truck. He passed away in '03 and I bought it off my uncle in November who had inherited it from my grandpa. The 240 started knocking while my Uncle had it so I found a 300 to put in it. I found some Camper Special mirrors off here to replace the mismatched mirrors that were on it. Next thing is to install the Pertronix conversion. It needs a tune-up, front brakes adjusted, and the fuel gages to work but other than that it is very good shaped and in working order. I'll probably keep it to hand down to my son or daughter should I have one one day, but until then I will take the best of care of it.

I had to drive it last week while my wifes Escape was down, and this truck is a beast in parking lots. The parking garages arent very fun either, haha. I do not see how my 77 year old grandpa managed this thing. And, I have since put a steering box on it.

Another East Tennessee Welcome! I'm with Craftsman, we need to get together. The F100 Supernationals will be here before you know it.

Glad to see another person keeping the truck in the family.

I will probably go to the Nationals, but this will be my first year since they moved from Pigeon Forge. One day maybe I will enter my 68.
