to be, or not to be

Post by 1971ford »

that is the question.

for my 2WD 69, im going with a TOUGH look (bumper guards, slot mags, AT tires, air horns, etc.) and im thinking cab lights would really show it.

but im questioning if i should put cab lights on the truck. if i do, it will be the nice ones that have the chrome back. and they will be evenly spaced out like you see in pics.

the reason im hesitating is because of the drilling needed. what do you guys think?

also what else do you think would make the truck look FORD TOUGH?

a secert about roof top lights is it is a dot regulation any vehicle more than so many inches in width must have three lights in the center of the vehicle on front and back of it. that is where cab lights come from because of campers being at or near the legal width limit. as far as drilling holes and how they look. i don't have an opinoin. well i do. they remind me of an old mans truck.

these are the lights i put on my truck not the best pic but you can get the idea. Dad helped me measure and put them on real easy in my opinion the hardest part we had was getting the headliner back up in place.
One piece of advice is have help and double and tripple check every thing before you drill.
If you want a top down picture i can get you one
