I think I found the color I want

Post by 69F110 »

We were doing some safety training this morning and a Soldier rides up on a 2008 Harley with an awesome blue color... looks good. I think I will try it when i finally do get to paint my truck. If I did it right, the link below shows you the color.

Okay...it didn't take you directly to it. Click on the FXDB Dyna Street Bob, then click on Paint and wheels.... It is the dark blue denim.

I was just thinking..before you go and paint your truck that color you might want to pop in to a hd dealer and ask about the care of that paint.. from what I heard.. (i was considering a new bike with the black denim) you have to be careful about washing the flat paint.. I was told Hd says you have to wash it with some special stuff or it will ruin the paint with reg carwash stuff, soap or what ever.. figured Id toss out what I heard about it..hope it helps

:hj: that is one bad-ass stance---looks sweet  they are tough trucks
too--me and my buddie cut fire wood for this farmer when we were in are late teens. That is the farm truck he let us use---needless to say we did alot of 4whl'in,hill climbing, log skiddin and generaly beating the crap out of it----It took it
