1. when i start truck seem like the belts? wanna wake up the neighborhoood, is it the belt or something else.
2. when i turn the steering wheel left or right it makes w haaannnngg noise, thanks ...

Sounds like either your power steering pump has loose belts and is low on oil or more likely the pump is shot
