Hello everyone. First off I am a first time Ford owner. I have now crossed over to the darkside..
I bought a '72 F-100 two days ago after looking for a older model pick up for a while. This truck is a original NC truck from wat I've been told. It has 38k showing on the odo, but i'm shure its 138k. Here are some pictures for ya'll to look at.

It has been sitting for about 2 years. I went and bought a FULL tune up yesterday and now all I need is some time to work on my beast.
I'll be hanging out around here, checking out all there is to know about these great trucks..
BTW - I know the date is wrong on my camera. Should be 2/21/08

SOLD-71 F-350 dually flatbed, 302 / .030 over V-8 with a "baby"C-6, B & M truckshifter, Dana70/4.11 ratio, intermittent wipers, tilt steering, full LED lighting on the flat bed, and no stereo yet (this way I can hear the rattles to diagnose)! SOLD!
Many Ford bumps / one 76' EB / and several dents through the years.
A lot of "oddball" Ford parts collected from working on them for 34 years now!

That's a good-looking truck, but the A/C isn't factory, but those full-width underdash units are a dealer add-on.

I knew the "darkside" comment would get a rise from this bunch!
My first truck when I was 16 was going to be a '79 F-100 but that did'nt work out, so I have wanted a old Ford ever since.
I'm 28 now and have a Ford I can call my own. (and it's only 8 years older than me)
