Today my son disassembled the front end of our parts truck, a '71 2 wheel drive F100. We plan on using the radiator support, driver's side inner fender, hood and headlight buckets.
This evening we compared the parts to our '69 4x4, and there are some differences. The driver's side inner fender from the '71 is larger at the bottom, and looks like it would hit our steering box on the '69. The radiator support does not have the same mounting brakets for the radiator to mount to.
We should be able to modify these parts and still use them, but does anyone know why the differences?
